I've just clicked the link to your handfasting pic's and they are beautiful. My girlfriend and I are planning our handfasting for next summer - were hoping to have a civil wedding too in the morning with close family and friends then our handfasting in the afternoon in our garden. Thank you so much! My very best wishes to you and your girlfriend! I'm willing to bet it will be simply gorgeous. We put both of ours together.. we did specifically ask that the handfasting not be too long, or too 'bash my family over the head with Pagan symbols', since I didn't want to see my mother-in-law passout.. but it was just perfect. :)
