I finally found a place for our reception...



I was SO excited, especially since the lady told me "It's seventy five to rent" I said "Seventy five hundred!?" she said "OH no. $75 dollars for the day" WOOO HOO! Sign me up! Yeah... so I was happy and relieved that I finally found a nice little place, especially since it was cheap AND less than a mile from the waterfall where we're having the ceremony. BUT (there's always a but) she called me last night at work to tell me that she made a mistake. August 20th isn't open - the church is putting on a BBQ that day. I said "I like BBQ's!" She said "Sorry, you can't have it that day - Can you change the date?" CHANGE THE DATE?! No I can't change the date. They have "save the date" cards, but they do not have "I know you saved the date but now change the date 'cus them church people are mighty hungry for bbq'd bird!" ARG!!!!

It just shouldn't be this hard. *sigh*

Back to square one.
